Alfred Ells, M.C. is an ordained minister and founder-director of Leaders that Last Ministries. He is a gifted coach, counselor, speaker and leadership consultant. As a Master Coach, Al has helped many pastors, executives, and denominational leaders find and fulfill their destiny in Christ.
Al is also the author of several best-selling books and devotionals including One-Way Relationships: When you Love Them More Than They Love You. He is co-author of a recently published book for church and ministry leaders titled Leaders That Last: How Covenant Friendships Can Help Pastors Thrive.
Al has founded or helped establish a number of Christ-centered treatment programs for individuals, families, and youth including: Samaritan Counseling Services, LifeGate Residential Treatment Center for Youth and Remuda RanchCenters for Anorexia and Bulimia.
Al graduated from the University of Arizona and Arizona State University, and resides in Mesa, Ariz. with his wife Susan. He has four grown children and two precious grandchildren.
